Do you remember your very first haircut? Chances are you may not.

Kids are sure to remember their trips to Delaware County’s newest haircutting establishment, one that caters to the youngest among us. It’s called Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids, and it will be opening this fall in Westerville.

Sharkey’s provides a unique experience for children’s haircuts featuring experienced stylists, an emphasis on cleanliness, and lots of fun. Speaking of fun, each cutting station has a child sitting in toy car vehicles, with 40 inch screens for watching their favorite cartoons or playing XBox or Playstation.

For those who would like, there is also a private “Tween Longue.”

All haircuts include a blow dry, all of the above, mini cure and glamour rings, Sharkey dollars and bookmarks, balloons, and lollipops.

Sharkeys operates across the country from its Connecticut headquarters — and the chain is expanding aggressively through franchising. The new Delaware County location will be at 693 Worthington Road.
