Lovers of feathered friends join together each month as the Delaware County Bird Club holds get-togethers at Deer Haven park on selected Monday evenings.
Anyone interested in birds is welcome to attend, and all ages are welcome. Each meeting features a different speaker covering exciting birding-related topics, and attendees can share news of their own bird sightings. Doors open at 6:30 PM with the program beginning at 7 PM.
The two upcoming meetings feature the following speakers:
On September 23, join Rich Bradley for his program, “The Other Down Under: Birding in New Zealand.”
On October 28, join Adriana Losey for her program, “Camp Chiricahua with Vent Tours,” and Katelyn Shelton for her program, “National Audubon’s Hog Island,” during this exciting birders event.
Registration is not required. Deer Haven Park is located at 4183 Liberty Road in Delaware.
