ODOT District 6 has released its weekly report highlighting road construction projects which are beginning or underway in the multi-county area it serves. What follows are posted projects taking place within Delaware County and Franklin County.

Please stay safe and pay attention to these closures and work taking place during the week beginning on November 14.

DELAWARE COUNTY

U.S. Route 42

CONTINUING IMPACTS

U.S. 42 between Kelly-McMaster Rd. and Pittman Rd. will close starting Monday, October 25 through Tuesday, November 16 for culvert replacement. Detour: U.S. 36 to U.S. 23 to SR 229 to U.S. 42 or reverse.


FRANKLIN COUNTY

NEW IMPACTS

Olentangy River Rd. between Highland Drive and Henderson Rd. will have daily lane restrictions (9 a.m. – 3 p.m.) starting Monday, November 15 through Friday, November 19.

Interstate 71

NEW IMPACTS

  • I-71 northbound and southbound between I-270 and Greenlawn Ave. will have nightly lane restrictions (7 p.m. – 5 a.m.) starting Sunday, November 14 through Friday, November 19.
  • I-71 northbound and southbound at Greenlawn Ave. will have daily lane restrictions (8 a.m. – 2 p.m.) starting Monday, November 15 through Friday, November 19.
  • The I-71 northbound ramp to I-270 eastbound will close nightly (10 p.m. – 5 a.m.) starting Sunday, November 14 through Friday, November 19.
    • Detour: I-71 northbound to I-270 westbound to U.S. 62 to I-270 eastbound.

U.S. Route 62

NEW IMPACTS
U.S. 62 between Orders Rd. and SR 665 will close starting Monday, November 1 through Friday, November 19 for culvert replacement. Detour: I-270 eastbound to I-71 southbound to SR 665 westbound to US 62.
