Program For Parenting Children With Mental Health Needs

An upcoming series of sessions offered by the local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI Delaware & Morrow Counties), beginning later this month, is geared toward those in parenting roles for children and adolescents with mental health conditions.

NAMI Basics is a free, six-session program designed for parents and grandparents with these kinds of issues, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, ODD, etc. The aim is to give those caregivers the information, knowledge and skills they need. More…

Free Course Offered For Parents, Caregivers Of Children With Mental Health Conditions

The local chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is offering a free course for parents and caregivers of children and adolescents with mental health concerns.

NAMI is a national mental health organization whose goal is to provide people living with mental illness and their families with tools and resources to better their lives.
