Crinkle cut french fries. 100% Angus beef burgers, chicken, and frozen custard. And, of course, incredible milk shakes.

A story which started from a hot dog in New York City’s Central Park less than 20 years ago has grown to over 300 locations nationwide. It’s that good.

According to the Shake Shack corporate website, “Our custom Shack blend is freshly ground, never frozen, from 100% Angus beef that’s pasture raised, grain finished—no hormones or antibiotics, ever. All our burgers are served on a non-GMO Martin’s Potato Roll. P.S. We have gluten-free buns and lettuce wraps, too!”

Now, it is setting its sights on a site at 1370 Polaris Parkway for a new restaurant.

The new Shake Shack will be like its counterparts around the country, including the two local eateries in the Short North and Easton, both of which arrived in the last two years.

The Polaris location, however, will be the first with a drive thru for those on the go.

Expect to enjoy the new experience sometime during 2021.
