Polaris Fashion Place is buzzing with excitement as the Delaware County District Library hosts a special KidX Event to kick off the Summer Reading Club. Scheduled for Wednesday, May 22, at 5:00 PM, this event promises a fun-filled evening of stories, music, crafts, and more for the whole family.
Rock Out with Mr. George the Librarian
Get ready for an engaging storytime with Mr. George the Librarian, who will be rocking out on stage. This lively session will include singing, dancing, and interactive storytelling that will captivate children and parents alike. It’s a perfect opportunity for families to enjoy quality time together while fostering a love for reading.
Meet Percival Unicorn, the Library Mascot
After the storytime, children will have the chance to meet and greet Percival Unicorn, affectionately known as Percy. This friendly mascot will be available for photo opportunities, making for a memorable experience for the little ones.
Crafts and Activities for All Ages
In addition to the entertaining storytime, the KidX Event will feature various crafts and activities. Kids can unleash their creativity and take home their unique creations. These activities are designed to be both fun and educational, providing children with new experiences and opportunities to make new friends.
The KidX events are free to attend and are located in the Polaris Fashion Place “Center Court” space near Lululemon. Sponsored by Aqua-Tots and Destination Delaware, the KidX Club® at Polaris Fashion Place brings children ages 4-11 together for free activities that inspire them to explore their world.

KidX Club® supports the growing hearts and minds of children by offering programs that foster their development through playful and educational experiences. These events provide children with the opportunity to try new things, make new friends, and learn in a fun environment. Parents can register to receive updates about KidX events, but registration is not required to attend.
