On June 23, 2019, the 6th annual MingoMan Triathlon and Duathlon will provide heart-pounding action as a point-to-point triathlon starting with a swim in the reservoir of Delaware State Park, followed by a bike race to the City of Delaware, and finally an exciting run through the streets of Delaware.

According to the event website, “The MingoMan Triathlon is a celebration of the sport of triathlon, the community and City of Delaware, and most importantly continue our initiative to create awareness about the prevention of heart disease and encourage heart healthy activities to change the way athletes, family members, and spectators live their life.”

Actual distances vary by race – Sprint, Olympic, and Olympic Aquabike. Participation in the triathlon can be as an individual or as a two or three-person relay.

More information on the event can be found here, and online registration can be accomplished here.
