Walk with a Doc

Join the walking movement to take steps toward a healthier you! Talk to a healthcare professional while walking in the park. Everyone is welcome, and it’s free!
Where: Mingo Park Southeast Shelter House, 500 E. Lincoln Ave., Delaware.
When: Every second and fourth Tuesday of the month, through October, from noon to 1 p.m.
Who: Anyone and everyone!

Matter of Balance

An award-winning program that teaches practical strategies to reduce your fear of falling. Learn to view falls as controllable, set realistic goals for yourself, reduce risk factors, and exercise to increase strength and balance!

Healthy U

Healthy U workshops have been proven to help you better manage symptoms and improve your health, one step at a time. This interactive workshop is for adults who have chronic pain (lasting longer than 3-6 months), as well as those who care for them.

  • Wednesdays, October 2 through November 6, 10 AM–12:30 PM, at Ashley Wornstaff Library, 302 E. High St., Ashley.
