The excitement may have been short-lived, as the team behind the proposed Planet Oasis mega-development has broken up, the Columbus Dispatch reported on Tuesday afternoon. Both sides have announced the intention to move forward with the project.[widgets_on_pages id=1]

One partner in that endeavor, Blue Horseshoe Ventures, LTD, has initiated a naming contest to replace the name Planet Oasis. This website has been launched to solicit entries.

The Dispatch piece, which can be accessed here, includes quotes from David Glimcher that state that the project is still moving forward under his control.
