You are invited to join Perkins Observatory for free online skywatches or planetarium tours at 8 PM on April 10, April 17, and April 24 (so far).

The virtual events, limited to the first 100 people to join the Zoom events, will be hosted by Don Stevens, observatory director. Depending on when the observatory is able to reopen, Stevens said, he may be adding more virtual events in May.

Visit the observatory’s website at www.owu.edu/perkins to join the online events.

Owned by Ohio Wesleyan University, Perkins Observatory is an active research facility used by OWU students and faculty. “The Place for Space,” founded in 1923, also conducts hundreds of public programs and welcomes tens of thousands of visitors each year. Learn more at www.owu.edu/perkins.
