The business of local government goes on during a pandemic, as is evident in the agenda set for Monday’s virtual meeting of the Liberty Township Trustees.

In addition to routine matters including the approval of purchase orders, bills, and warrants, the Board will consider two expenditure authorizations and will also engage in discussion on three topics.

Legislation to be considered include approval of the purchase of guardrail repair at an estimated cost of $3,365.

The Board will also look at spending approximately $8,000 on the electronic gate at Liberty Park.

Discussion items include creation of a Liberty Township Economic Recovery Task Force, a Township postcard mailer, and naming Township trails.
