Two development projects will be considered by the Liberty Township Zoning Commission at their upcoming January 20 meeting.

The first concerns the proposed construction of a new Huntington Bank facility on 1.585 acres at 4072 West Powell Road, which would replace existing structures. This in turn would require an amendment to the Big Bear Farms Development Plan.

The second proposal is for Final Development Plan approval for a 3.558 acres site in Seldom Seen Acres. This would allow for the construction of a 6,077 square foot Sheetz convenience store/restaurant, a drive-thru land, outdoor dining, limited outdoor dining, and gas pumps.

The meeting will take place online at 7:30 PM. Access information is available by clicking on the meeting link in the Calendar section of the Liberty Township website (click here to access).
