On Tuesday, Business First reported on a planned 2,000 acre development that would transform a large section of Delaware County stretching along Route 36/37 from the Tanger Outlets area to Sweeney Road near Delaware.

The Berlin Business Park would primarily focus on commercial and light industrial business, with some retail and medical offices as well, according to the article.

The ODOT planned second interchange south of the current 36/37 intersection would provide important additional transportation access.
