On Thursday, 10TV reported that Chuy’s is hiring some 140 workers for its new location at 1481 Polaris Parkway. The “Tex-Mex” restaurant is scheduled to open in October.

The chain began in 1982 in Austin, Texas, and is now in 19 states. The only other central Ohio Chuy’s location is at Easton. Other existing Ohio locations include West Chester, Cincinnati, and two restaurants in Dayton.
