Work on the the eagerly awaited Galaxy at Polaris development project has officially begun.

Even though the scale of the project has been reduced from its original $150 million proposal, this multi-purpose development still comes with a substantial $116 million price tag, holding the potential to revitalize the eastern sector of the Polaris area.

Spanning a vast 30 acres, the Galaxy at Polaris is a meticulously designed development situated adjacently to Top Golf on IKEA Way. The blueprint of the project weaves together an array of modern entertainment offerings, state-of-the-art office spaces, luxurious residential units, plenty of retail options, and community-focused spaces like a spacious dog park and engaging walking trail.

The construction of the development is planned in three stages. One of the main attractions of the initial stage is the inclusion of the Real Dill® Pickleball Club, with the potential to morph this site into a vibrant center for sports and entertainment.

Upon its completion, the Galaxy at Polaris is projected to accommodate over 600 residential units and over 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, supported by two dedicated parking structures.

The developers have also made a significant investment towards preserving greenery, dedicating over 10 acres of the project site for this purpose.
