A lawsuit between two developers claiming to have the rights to an expansive entertainment complex planned in Delaware County was settled earlier this month, with Tony Sekulovski’s company, Blue Horseshoe Ventures, emerging as the sole developer. Sekulovski filed the suit Nov.
