Area gamers have a Christmas present this year.

On Friday, Belong Gaming Arenas opened its largest esports and gaming center at 8735 Lyra Drive in the Polaris Towne Center. Other current and planned arenas of the company are in Texas, Tennessee, and Illinois.

The company operates over 25 arenas in the United Kingdom.

Not only are patrons able to watch and game on top of the line equipment, including the latest PCs and consoles, there’s a new local esports team to root for, the Polaris Pilots.

The Pilots will compete against other teams in the growing Belong Arena network. Areas will be available for spectator seating and social events to cheer the team on to victory.

The company website can be found here, and photos from the Polaris location can be viewed below.
