Concept and Menu

Cuisine with a Global Twist

Flour Modern Pasta Bar stands out for its eclectic take on Italian cuisine, blending global flavors and pasta shapes with the comforting traditions of Midwest cooking. With a focus on freshly made in-house pasta, the restaurant ensures each dish is packed with flavor and quality. The menu offers a fixed-price dining experience at $28 per person, including a choice of two breads, two salads, and eight pasta dishes.

Signature Dishes and Dietary Flexibility

Some of the standout menu items include Butter Chicken Alla Vodka, French Onion Macaroni and Cheese, and Caribbean-influenced N’djua Noodles, showcasing Kishinchand’s ability to merge diverse culinary traditions. Desserts like the Tres Leches Tiramisu bring an unexpected twist to classic favorites. The menu is adaptable, offering gluten-free and vegan options to cater to various dietary needs.

Cocktail Creations

Complementing the food is an inventive cocktail menu crafted with local spirits. Unique drink offerings include a pasta-water martini and a tiramisu-inspired espresso martini, adding a touch of whimsy to the dining experience.

Future Plans for Expansion

Initially, the restaurant will operate for dinner only, opening daily from 4:30 to 8:30 PM. Plans are in place to add lunch and weekend brunch services in the future, allowing patrons to enjoy the diverse menu at different times of the day.
