A bit of Italy is arriving at Polaris Fashion Place later this year when a brand-new gelato shop will be opening its doors.
I Scream Gelato is opening at the mall in the coming months, trade publications are saying.
Currently the Colorad0-based chain has outlets there and in Florida. It is embarking on an aggressive campaign to bring the concept to other parts of the country, and the Delaware County location will be the first in Ohio and the Midwest.
According to Polaris Fashion Place, “Chefs at each location create a variety of flavors from scratch daily, including a rotating selection of unique gelatos from seasonal, alcohol-infused and even vegan flavors.
In addition to its gelato selection, the Instagrammable and eclectic menu also features elaborate milkshakes, smoothies, gelato brioche sandwiches, bubble waffle cones, pancakes and more, including an assortment of espresso beverages and Italian affogatos. I Scream Gelato also brings the interactive experience to guests with decadent delivery and onsite catering options.
I Scream Gelato envisions itself to grow from a local Gelato boutique to a global brand that would compete with top tier Gelato shops around the world.
