Downtown Delaware’s options for dining are expanding soon.

Fittingly, the next to arrive comes the day after Thanksgiving.

In an announcement on social media, Yokai Ramen Bistro has announced that it will be opening its doors on Friday, November 25.

The location of the new restaurant is 48 North Sandusky, not far from the corner of Sandusky and Winter Streets.

As shared on the restaurant’s website, “Yokai chefs make delicious ramen by mixing traditional Japanese ingredients with new techniques and bold flavors. Our ingredients are prepared fresh daily, our broths are made from scratch, and our combinations offer some truly unique takes on your favorite ramen dishes. Come visit us in downtown Delaware for an unforgettable ramen experience!”

Yokai Ramen Bistro’s menu, which can be viewed on the website, includes at least 11 different ramen dishes ranging from Shoyu Ramen to Jigoku. Available toppings include Shrimp Tempura, Half Cooked Egg, and Roasted Black Garlic Oil among others.
