A video posted on YouTube earlier late last week accompanies notice that the venerable Bun’s Restaurant, a Delaware institution, is for sale.

Posted by 3CRE Commercial Realty Advisors, the listing does not appear on the 3CRE website, although several properties in downtown Delaware are for sale through the company.

The video includes wonderful aerial views of downtown and views of the interior of the restaurant.

The restaurant operation dates to 1864, when German immigrant George F. Frederick Hoffman arrived in Delaware. It was named after one of customers’ favorite items on offer.

Bun’s survived a devastating 2002 fire and has expanded since reopening.

The video can be viewed here.
