A new headquarters building for Orthopedic One is finally under construction in Delaware County, Columbus Business First reported Thursday.

The firm, Ohio’s largest independent orthopedic practice, is building a four story, $4 million, 80,000 square foot building. It will be located at Polaris Parkway and Africa Road in the Westar development.

200 associates and additional physicians will be hired at the new facility, the story states.

The facility was delayed by several factors including the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to its website, Orthopedic One has ten clinic locations in central Ohio. Each year, its physicians perform more than 6,000 knee replacements, 3,000 hip replacements, and 2,500 carpal tunnel repairs and treatments.
