Last July, Victor’s Taco Shop, an Ohio chain of eateries with locations across Ohio, announced via social media that it was soon to open a new restaurant in Powell.
Then, in October, a follow-up post on Facebook stated that the southern Delaware County location would open as soon as permits could be obtained.
That wait is now over. On February 17, Victor’s will be opening there newest Taco Shop at 3450 O’Connell Street in Powell. This will be the chain’s second metro Columbus location; others are in Dayton, Huber Heights, Monroe, Lima, and Xenia.
According to the chain’s website, Victor’s claims to have the “Best Mexican tacos in Ohio.” Offerings include mini-tacos, omelets, salads, tostados, burritos, quesadillas, and more. Some 13 varieties of tacos are on offer.
