Another retail building has sold off on Artesian Run off of US23, suggesting the continued vitality of south Delaware/Lewis Center retail area.

The structure, which was built in 2018, currently houses a Panera Bread and a SP Salon & Spa. The sales price was $3.81 million.

In sales information posted online, LoopNet stated that both sides of the building were involved in leases over ten years in length. Also noted were Delaware County’s strong growth rate and wealth, as well as the fact that 86,000 residents are served by that retail center.

The new owner is  is MD3 Columbus, LLC, a branch of a Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based company. The sale took place on October 21.

The 7,228 square foot, freestanding building sits on 1.8 acres.
