The variety of Delaware County restaurant offerings is expanding in December with the arrival of a new seafood establishment, according to a recent story in Columbus Business First.

Ashtyn’s Seafood House will open its doors on 1047 Polaris Parkway. It’s the second Columbus area location for the owner, Ashtyn Chen.

According to the report, which can be read here, the cuisine will be “…New American with world influences. That’ll include some Chinese dishes as a nod to this father and his heritage.”

The site is the former location of the Noren9 restaurant.

The Ashtyn website already features menus for dinner and lunch and a drinks list. There will also be an adjacent grocery where a limited number of fresh items will be available, including Ohio Saltwater Shrimp.

The restaurant also has a new Facebook Page.
