Each night, a downtown Delaware restaurant is “fogged” as part of efforts to keep the premises virus free.

Another is using hospital grade chemicals to regularly clean the interior for customers.

Yet another has installed barriers on the bar so that bartenders have space between them and guests.

Through these methods and others, small business owners in downtown Delaware are making customer health a priority. That’s the message in a new video released by the City of Delaware entitled “Stay Safe, Stay Open.”

Owners of several downtown businesses are featured, each sharing the steps they are taking while asking former and new customers to continue to come downtown to shop.

Stay Safe, Stay Open can be viewed below.
