Tanger Outlets adding mystery fee to customers’ bills, lawsuit says

A Cincinnati man has filed a class-action case against Tanger Outlets, accusing the mall and its tenants of charging customers a hidden fee. The fee of a half cent for each $1 in sales, designed to help pay the outlet mall’s debts, “unjustly enriches” the stores and the mall because it is not disclosed, according to the suit.
