As the balmy breezes of spring usher in the spring, Delaware Countians eagerly await the grand opening of Twin Peaks at 1611 Polaris Parkway. This Texas-born restaurant and bar chain, expertly managed by JEB Food Group, is set to make its Central Ohio debut in May, offering sports enthusiasts the ultimate spot to kick back and root for their favorite teams.

Twin Peaks, a casual dining chain with a rustic lodge atmosphere, has made quite a name for itself thanks to the “Twin Peaks girls.” These flannel-clad waitresses add a distinctive touch to the dining experience. However, the true stars of the show at Twin Peaks are the mouth-watering, made-from-scratch dishes that emerge from the kitchen.

From succulent hand-cut New York Strip Steaks to scratch-made artisan flatbreads and perfectly seared hand-smashed burgers, Twin Peaks’ menu showcases a wide variety of flavors. To wash down these delectable dishes, patrons can choose from an extensive beverage menu, complete with unique and flavored brands of bourbon, tequila, whiskey, and expertly crafted cocktails.

The Polaris location promises an unparalleled sports viewing experience with 70 televisions placed strategically throughout ensuring that no angle is left uncovered. In addition, Twin Peaks offers an impressive selection of 32 beers on tap, including locally crafted options. A spacious outdoor patio, complete with a cozy fireplace and extra dining space, invites guests to revel in the delightful spring and summer weather.

Twin Peaks has breathed new life into the former home of Lewis Center Kitchen & Bar, which closed in October 2021 after a brief stint. The restaurant chain, founded in Lewisville, Texas in 2005, has steadily expanded its presence across the country, with several locations already operating in western Ohio.
