Construction activity along US 23 for the Coughlin’s Crossing mixed-use development has begun.

Delaware Development Plan Ltd.  is paying for US 23 intersection improvements at Hawthorn Boulevard, Delaware Community Plaza South and Cottswold Drive.  The City will provide oversight and construction inspection.

The work will require eight weeks to complete.  The contractor is permitted to restrict US 23 to one lane in each direction during certain phases of construction – though all lanes are anticipated to remain open during peak morning and afternoon hours.
