During its regular meeting on Monday evening, September 14, Delaware City Council will consider a number of measures, including ones relating to various commercial and residential developments within the city.

Each is proceeding along the path for consideration of development plans, conditional use permits, or final subdivision plats.

These includes measures which have come to Council, a Council committee, or the Planning Commission before, including:

  • Final Subdivision Plat approval for Springer Woods Section 3 Phases 1 and 2, which would lead to 121 new residential lots
  • Conditional Use Permit approval for the development of the current United Dairy Farmers building at 123 West William Street
  • A Public Hearing and Second Reading for a for a drive-thru Conditional Use Permit for a new commercial building to be constructed on the former Jiffy Lube location at 1163 Columbus Pike

Several other matters and updates will be considered. The meeting will take place via Cisco Webex and will be livestreamed on the City of Delaware Facebook Page. It will begin at 7:00 PM.
