City Departments to Instruct Next Lifelong Learning Session

City of Delaware departments are leading classes in the upcoming Lifelong Learning Institute’s fall semester. Ohio Wesleyan University’s program for learners age 55 and older begins October 11 and ends November 19. Fall registration closes October 1. Visit here for information.

Classic Car Show, Rescheduled from July, is October 9

The Delaware Classic Car Show, rained out in July, will take place October 9 along beautiful and historic Sandusky Street. The event opens at 9 AM. On “show day.” Historic Downtown Delaware is filled with 500 plus classic and collector cars, trucks and motorcycles from Ohio and the surrounding states. Music, raffles, food, games and other activities fill the day while the streets are lined with Families viewing these beautiful rolling works of art. Several times, this show was voted as one of the Top Ten Downtown Shows, by Cruzin’ Times Magazine.
