Lovers of Delaware County’s historic landmarks are undoubtedly happy that planned roadwork on State Route 315 by the Ohio Department of Transportation will not impact the location of the Bieber Mill along the Olentangy River.

ABC6 reported on Wednesday that those plans, uncertain in date, will go near but are not expected to impact the historic property. The report, which can be viewed here, includes recent drone footage of the Bieber Mill.

According to the website of the Delaware County Historic Society, the mill was original frame and dated to the 1840s. The limestone structure dates from the 1870s.
