- Weekends: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- September 3 – September 30: Daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- October 1 – October 31:
- Weekdays: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Weekends: 12:00 PM to Dusk
- November 1 – December 31: Closed for the season
Important Information
Before you set sail, here are some essential details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:
- Safety Restrictions: Non-walking infants are not permitted on the ride. Guests under 42 inches tall must be accompanied by a supervising companion over the age of 14. Please note that guests may get wet during the ride.
- Accessibility: A wheelchair-accessible boat is available to accommodate all visitors.
- Cost: The ride costs $4 per rider. Zoo members enjoy a discounted rate of $3 per rider, while Gold Members and ZooMore Wristband holders can ride for free.
- Height Requirement: Guests must be 42 inches tall or accompanied by a supervising companion over the age of 14.
