Bringing Stories to Life

Every session of Story Time on the Farm revolves around a unique theme, carefully selected to reflect the seasonal happenings at the farm and nature preserve. After listening to the narrated tale, the children embark on a journey of exploration, visiting the animals and observing the places from the story, truly bringing it to life. This immersive and hands-on experience allows children to better understand and appreciate the world around them.

A Learning Adventure

The Stratford Ecological Center, a private non-profit organization, is deeply committed to fostering an understanding of the relationships between living things and their environment among children and adults alike. Through initiatives like Story Time on the Farm, the center nurtures an appreciation for the land and all life that it sustains.

Registration and Pricing

  • Children under the age of 2 and parents are welcome free of charge.
  • For children aged 2 and up, there is a nominal fee of $5.
  • Pre-registration is recommended to secure your child’s spot, but we warmly welcome walk-in participants as well.
