Great swimming pool at the Delaware YMCA. I had the whole pool to myself today, everyone was busy with OSU football. 2200 yards total, 9400 for the week, 5.34 miles. Not bad for a 70 year old heart patient. #swimming #ymca #mastersswimming #delawareohio #lapswimming #usmastersswimming
