Is there a better way to spend a summer evening than relaxing while listening to music?

How about being able to do so while sitting in a beautiful park setting?

That opportunity is available on select Sunday evenings at the Bicentennial Park gazebo at Washington Street and Park Avenue in Delaware with the return of the popular Harmony in the Park Concert Series.

While most of the lineup for the remainder of the summer has been set, a few days are open for area musical groups (see list below) – at least they were open as of July 6. Upcoming concerts are as follows:

  • July 10: Buckeye Valley Alumni Band
  • July 17: Ralphie and The Now Forgotten
  • July 24: Open-Call to Reserve your band (740-203-1450)
  • July 31: Open-Call To Reserve your band (740-203-1450)
  • August 7: Meak Quartet
  • August 14: Blue Limestone Project
  • August 21: Trombones Plus

On the last Sunday of August, an Ice Cream Social will be held. From 6 to 7 PM, the group “Of Sounds Minds” will be providing entertainment. The slot from 7 to 8 PM is open – Call To Reserve your band (740-203-1450).
