It’s the quintessential small town holiday celebration, and it’s right here in Delaware County.
The Village of Ostrander is hosting Christmas in the Village this Saturday, December 10. From 5 PM to 8 PM, the streets of town will be bustling with activities for the entire family.
This includes:
- Free pictures with Santa at Magnolia Salon (bring own camera) and goodie bags provided by Ostrander United Methodist Church – Santa arrives at 5 PM
- Free Hot Chocolate available at Edward Jones
- Free Cookie Decorating provided by 3 Blondes and a Spatula inside Leb’s Pizza House (while supplies last)
- Free Crafts inside Town Hall provided by Buckeye Bird Supply, BV LifeWise group, Ostrander Branch Library and community residents.
- A Tree Lightning Ceremony at 7:30 PM at the corner of Main & Houston Street
- Name That Tune, 8 PM at Leb’s Pizza House
- DIY Ornament Contest at Mill Creek Carryout
Note that parking will be first come, first serve, self-directed at the Ostrander Ballfields parking lot as well as on-street parking, where available. Donations are welcome at Mill Creek Carryout or with PayPal at OstranderCivic@gmail.com.
