Difficult news was shared on Monday by the Delaware General Health District.

The death of a 16th Delaware Countian was reported to the District over the weekend, a social media post announced. No details were given in terms of age or about transmission.

The numbers shared by the District also stated that the County has now seen over 2,000 cumulative cases of COVID-19. That number stands at 2.007, up from the 1,971 reported on Friday.
