Delaware County Transit wants to make a valuable service even better, and it is asking for input in that process.

As the agency has shared, “Delaware County Transit currently operates On-Demand micro transit FLEX service in the City limits of Delaware, M-F 6am-6pm for just $1.00 or less each way. Anyone can ride FLEX! We offer 1/2 price fares for riders 18 and younger, as well as our riders who are over the age of 65.

FLEX has proven to be an asset to many, allowing for shopping, workforce, medical and social travel. DCT is exploring expansions of FLEX service to include earlier mornings, later evenings, and Saturdays!”

To garner input, Delaware County Transit has created an easy to complete survey. Not only are there only six questions, but submission can result in the submitted receiving a $50 VISA gift card.

The survey can be accessed here.
