Inmate death ruled accidental overdose

Detectives suspected that Edward Sullivan died of a drug overdose in March inside the Delaware County jail. A fellow inmate, Seth Coulter, was charged with conveying drugs into the jail that others used. But there wasn’t enough evidence to connect Sullivan’s fentanyl overdose with what Coulter supplied.
