The winning ticket was purchased at Winners Corner, located at 2036 Baltimore-Reynoldsburg Road in Reynoldsburg.
According to the Ohio Lottery, the Millionaire Blowout Scratch-Off offers overall odds of winning any prize of 1 in 2.73. Never fear, you still have a chance to win. As of October 28, another 50 top prizes remained available in the game.
For this Delaware couple, however, the most important prize is already in hand: the opportunity to eliminate debt, build a more secure financial future, and perhaps enjoy retirement a little sooner than they imagined. And it all began with one final scratch on an otherwise ordinary evening.
