Join SourcePoint for its yearly Health & Wellness Expo on Saturday, June 3, from 9 to 11:30 AM, located at 800 Cheshire Road in Delaware.

This event, sponsored by OhioHealth, offers complimentary health checks, an abundance of wellness information, and diverse demonstrations specifically designed for Delaware County inhabitants aged 55 and over.

A broad range of over 40 organizations will participate, ready to offer screenings and valuable resources. These include but aren’t limited to A1C, alcohol and balance checks, blood pressure and brain health assessments, cholesterol and COVID-19 vaccines, dental advice, diabetes prevention strategies, driver safety tips, falls risks, fitness and flexibility evaluations, glucose level checks, healthy eating guidance, hearing tests, medication disposal instructions, memory and mental health checks, mobility device demonstrations, Parkinson’s disease awareness, postural assessment, stress management techniques, vision tests, and much more.

Highlights and novel features of the health expo include Carfit, an engaging program that assesses the suitability of older adults’ personal vehicles; medication disposal demonstrations; power wheelchair showcases; eyeglass frame adjustments; tasty healthy food sampling; and opportunities for volunteering.

SourcePoint is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to offering professional expertise, services, and programs for Delaware County adults who wish to flourish beyond 55, and for their family caregivers.
