Special to 1808Delaware

SourcePoint is seeking in-home care service providers for the 2022-2023 contract period. In-home care services are in high demand throughout Delaware County and new providers are needed to help address the shortage of available staff to serve the growing older population.

SourcePoint provides a variety of in-home care services to Delaware County residents ages 55 and older, designed to help seniors live safely and independently in their own homes. Providers are needed for homemaker services, home modification and accessibility, home repair, personal care, and respite care beginning Jan. 1, 2022.

All contracted service providers are held to a high standard of care, maintained by a thorough screening process and ongoing quality monitoring. Care consultants, SourcePoint’s trained and licensed professionals, are in regular contact with clients to oversee their services and ensure consistent quality.

Additional details, including conditions of participation and service specifications, can be found online at MySourcePoint.org/providers. New provider and renewal applications will be released online June 1 and will be due July 16. Interested providers should contact Nancy Gernstetter, provider relations specialist, at 740-203-2438 or ngernstetter@MySourcePoint.org to schedule a pre-submission meeting.
