In the fall, it’s not hard to find a pile of leaves somewhere that needs raking and clearing.

In the City of Powell, leaves are collected free of charge by Rumpke during the fall season. Leaves should be placed in paper yard waste bags or in receptacles marked with yard waste stickers and set curbside along with your regular trash, on Tuesday, the City’s trash collection day.
