Delaware neighborhood comes together with coordinated light show
A few years ago, Rick Arps’ son asked his dad for a light show. He indulged. A little. Then the son wanted it set to music. Fast forward to this holiday season, and 250 homes in the Glenross community are lit up and synced to music.
