With a new committee in place, the Ohio Thoroughbred Breeders and Owners is moving forward with plans for the Ohio Mixed Sale for 2020. This year’s renewal will take place at the Delaware County Fairgrounds in Delaware, Ohio, best known as the home of harness racing’s Little Brown Jug.
