AEP restores power after Delaware County outage

DELAWARE, Ohio (WCMH) – All but 16 customers are without power in Delaware County after an outage Tuesday morning. According to AEP, the outage initially affected approximately 2,700 customers. AEP crews were able to track the outage to an underground issue.
