On Wednesday, the office of Delaware County Prosecutor Melissa A. Schiffel shared the following public service announcement relating to cases in which her office has issued subpoenas for appearance in pending court matters:

“Starting Monday, October 14, the Delaware County Prosecutor’s Office will no longer be calling off witnesses and law enforcement that have received subpoenas from our office.
