Delaware authorities investigating remains found in south end

Delaware Police are investigating human skeletal remains found in a cul-de-sac in the city’s south end.Investigators were called about 6 p.m. Thursday to the area along Winston Road, which runs parallel to Route 23 to its west, and south of Route 42, after a passerby walking a dog discovered the remains in a thicket.The remains were taken to the Montgomery County coroner’s office for an autopsy.Preliminary findings indicate that the remains are of an adult male.
