SourcePoint is hosting the Retirement Ready Expo this Saturday, April 27 from 9 AM to noon at 800 Cheshire Road in Delaware.
Presented by Polaris Retirement Community, the Retirement Ready Expo is designed to benefit adults ages 55 and older who are planning now for a better retirement. Admission is free and the event is open to the public.
A variety of exhibits will be available, including local opportunities for lifelong learning and education, financial and personal planning resources, home improvement organizations and products, hobbies and recreational activities, and lifestyle communities.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in up to two free workshops at 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM. Workshop topics include downsizing, brain health, cooking for one or two, income planning for retirees, a crash course on caregiving, and Medicare basics.
In addition to Polaris Retirement Community, the Retirement Ready Expo is sponsored by AlerStallings, LLC and Burr Oak Commons, a Treplus Community.
